Review:
If you've seen the trailer you know what the movies. A grandfather thought dead all out to save his baby granddaughter from the clutches of a gang of devil worship. It is a plot in a nutshell and should not know anymore.This film is actually a throwback to the old 70s movie revenge. Dialogue is designed cheese. The violence is over the top. There is nudity and gore and a few laughs to be had along the way. Nicolas Cage gives another fine performance unhinged deliver cheesy lines like doing Shakespeare. Amber heard sexy sidekick just as good, but the best possible performance from William Fichtner as bookkeeper. The music is loud gunshots louder and 3D is great all the way through.For me it had a similar feel to the film crank and Planet Terror. It's just stupid fun and I loved it.
