I do not give 10 ratings lightly, but here it is - the first film from Blomkamp deserves rating.Neill displays brings a fantastic rugged, realistic piece of science fiction with District 9 Not as Ridley Scott's Blade Runner, is John Carpenter's The Thing, and James Cameron's Aliens seen a vision of a science fiction movie of this caliber. After seeing District 9, it is clear to one and all why Peter Jackson put so much trust in Blomkamp and took him under his wing as prot? G?. The release of the usual settings Hollywood sci-fi, and puts us in the harsh slums of South Africa, we have the original book, to take risks, how it tells its story. Not only is contrary to the expectations of the public, who have been trained to expect mediocrity of their sci-fi, it goes above and beyond the obligation to provide a spectacle, as well as food for thought after we dropped our popcorn.There us Fortunately, this does not not too much, over-exposed celebrity in sight, and every unknown face of the film to give a good performance. Foreign itself brilliantly executed a top notch CGI even manage to make us feel something, surpassed only by Gollum in The Lord of Rings.District 9 is so much to like. It is a gorgeous, dark fun, entertaining and thought-provoking all at the same time, and all done a paltry $ 30 million budget. It is where to look. Talent here If only there were more films like this, the movie world a more interesting place.
