Review:
This is a drama / thriller film tense, with a little romance and crime largely played. The biggest problem I'm having is deciding what was best, well done interweaving story lines or character development detailed. Both were excellent, making for a film that is very nice and worth watching.The actors all did fine work, Eric Bana as the thief is a murderer, Olivia Wilde as the sister new, perhaps overcome their need to be protected, Charlie Hunnam as his romantic interest messy, but worth it, Sissy Spacek and Kris Kristofferson as her parents, Kate Mara as aspiring deputy FBI agent, and Treat Williams as his father, the sheriff. Their performances were all worthy of this well-written and directed feature.I never heard of the writer or director, but I plan to watch more of your stuff. This is not a film for long by today's standards, but the pace of the action, and the time spent discovering let each character are so well balanced.Make out of your snacks ready ahead of time, as once if you get this, you will not want to miss a second of it (or even use the pause button as it is released on DVD). Simply put, this is a good movie. Even knowing what happens, I'll probably watch it again sometime.
